Cancelling your subscription
Use the "Cancel contracts here" button in the footer (no login required), cancel in your account, or e-mail us. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. After the 7-day trial (€1.00) the subscription renews automatically every 28 days at €29.99 until you cancel. We send you a reminder e-mail before the first regular charge.
Refunds
Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details and our goodwill rules are in the refund policy.
Account & data
Updating your e-mail address
Write to us from your current address and tell us the new one; we will update it after confirmation.
Deleting your account
Send a deletion request to our support address. We delete your account and personal data within 72 hours, except data we must keep for legal reasons (e.g. invoices).
