Instructions on withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us ([Firmenname GmbH], [Straße Hausnummer], [PLZ Ort], Germany, phone: [+49 000 0000000], email: help@iqhippo.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Special notes on digital content and digital services
The services of IQhippo are provided exclusively in digital form. Your evaluation, your report and your certificate are digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. Access to the member area (training content, further tests, results history) is a digital service that is provided continuously for the duration of the subscription.
1. Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content
In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, your right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performance of the contract after you have
- expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period,
- acknowledged that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, and
- received from us a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (e.g. by email).
For IQhippo this means: once we have made your evaluation, report and certificate available to you with your consent, you can no longer withdraw from the contract in respect of this content. In that case the trial price of €1.00 is not refunded.
2. Compensation where the digital service begins early
If you have expressly requested that we make the member area available to you before the end of the withdrawal period and you subsequently withdraw from the contract, you owe us a proportionate amount for the time up to receipt of your withdrawal. The amount is calculated pro rata on the basis of the agreed price of the current billing period. We refund all payments beyond that.
Example: you conclude the contract on 1 March, the trial ends on 8 March, and on 8 March €29.99 is charged for the billing period from 8 March to 4 April. You withdraw on 11 March. We then retain €1.00 for the trial (provided your evaluation has already been made available) and the proportionate amount for 3 of the 28 days of the current billing period (3/28 of €29.99 = €3.21), and refund €26.78 to you.
3. Your consent during checkout
During checkout we ask you for the consent and acknowledgement described above so that we can make your evaluation available immediately. This consent is voluntary. If you do not give it, we provide the services only after the fourteen-day withdrawal period has expired. We document your consent in the contract confirmation that we send you by email.
4. Withdrawal versus cancellation
Withdrawal concerns only the first fourteen days after conclusion of the contract. Independently of this, you can cancel the subscription at any time with effect from the end of the trial or of the current billing period, without having to give reasons or observe notice periods. Details can be found in the Terms & Conditions (section 8) and in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
