How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancelling is easy and takes a minute. Use the "Cancel contracts here" button in the footer, cancel in your account, or write to us. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
How long does the IQ test take?
Our IQ test takes up to 20 minutes. For the most accurate result we recommend planning undisturbed time before you start.
Can I use IQhippo on multiple devices?
Yes. Your subscription works on all devices, smartphones, tablets and computers. Your progress syncs automatically wherever you log in.
